Work With Me

Three Sprints. Each with a real finish line. No open-ended coaching packages.

Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline, every time.

Continuity Advisory picks up after the Sprint, for the founders who need ongoing decision support.

Every Sprint here is built for second-act founders: people who've had a career, and are now building their first company on top of it. The work assumes you already know how to run things.

Take the assessmentSprint fit is determined by your Startup Readiness Score, not by browsing a pricing page.
How Sprints work

Every Sprint at LaunchMotive is built around the same principle: deliver bottleneck resolution and stage progression, not hours on video calls. Each one has a clear beginning, a clear end, a defined scope, and a specific definition of done. None of them are open-ended.

Which Sprint fits depends on your Startup Readiness Score. Take the assessment first. This page tells you what each stage looks like once you know where you stand.

Kenneth is without a doubt one of the best negotiators I've come across. He's highly personable and extremely well-mannered, with a keen understanding of business dealings at high levels.

Foundation Sprint

Best for founders who don't yet know what to build or focus on.
If the honest answer to "what's my business, exactly" is still fuzzy, this is the starting point. Over 30 days, we build a business model map, identify the top three risks, stack the hypotheses that need testing, and hand off a 90-day roadmap.
$2,500
Paid in full upfront
Cadence2 sessions of 90 minutes, plus a 45-minute roadmap handoff
DeliverablesBusiness model map, top-3-risk list, hypothesis stack, 90-day roadmap
Definition of doneThe bottleneck is defined, the top risks are prioritized, and the next experiments are chosen
Minimum term: 30 days
Momentum

Launch Sprint

Best for founders who need customers, not just a finished product.
This Sprint exists for the moment when the product or offer is roughly there, but paying customers aren't showing up yet. Over 45 days, we sharpen the offer, test pricing, tighten the messaging, and build a 30-day traction loop around whatever we learn.
$5,000
Split 50/50 (half upfront, half at the midpoint)
Cadence4 sessions of 75 minutes
DeliverablesOffer test plan, pricing test plan, messaging brief, 30-day traction loop
Definition of doneThe core offer is sharpened, a real demand test has run, and the traction plan is locked
Minimum term: 45 days
Sustainability

Scale Sprint

Best for founders who are growing, but not sustainably.
This is for the business that's working, technically, but running entirely on the founder's own back. Over 90 days, we install a real dashboard, build an operating cadence, map what can be delegated, and lock a 90-day scaling blueprint.
$9,000
Split across the engagement (typically 3 monthly payments of $3,000)
Cadence8 sessions of 60 minutes
DeliverablesDashboard, operating cadence, delegation map, 90-day scaling blueprint
Definition of doneMetrics are installed, the founder's workload is meaningfully reduced, and an operating rhythm is running
Minimum term: 90 days
Post-Sprint Expansion

Continuity Advisory

For Sprint graduates, or higher-complexity founder-operators who need ongoing decision support. This isn't offered to every graduate, and it isn't a default next step. It exists for founders who've done the Sprint work and need a standing partner for the decisions that keep coming.

Investment$2,000 / month
Cadence2 × 60-min sessions / month
DeliverablesDecision support, monthly review, roadmap adjustments
Minimum term3 months

What's not included, in every Sprint

To keep scope honest:

  • No done-for-you marketing execution, ad management, website or funnel builds, or full copywriting
  • No unlimited messaging access or emergency same-day support
  • No legal, tax, or financial advice
  • No large team workshops unless separately scoped and priced
  • No writing a full business plan on your behalf

These boundaries exist so the Sprint stays focused on what actually moves the bottleneck, not on absorbing everything else a growing business needs.

A few honest answers
Why isn't this hourly?
Hourly billing rewards time spent. This is built around outcomes, evidence, and the next real decision, not the clock.
Isn't this expensive for where I'm at?
Early is exactly when the costliest wrong turns happen. The better question isn't whether this is affordable. It's how expensive another six months of guessing would be.
What if I'm not technical?
The Proof Path™ is built for founders, not for engineers. Nothing here assumes a technical background.
What happens after the Sprint?
For some graduates, Continuity Advisory. For others, nothing, because the Sprint did its job and no further support is needed. Not everyone graduates into Continuity, and that's by design.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, for Launch and Scale. Foundation is small enough to handle upfront.
What if I end up in the wrong Sprint?
Re-scope quickly. The Proof Path™ surfaces the real bottleneck early enough to correct course before much time is lost.
