Cookies are small files a website places on your device to make the site work, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used. This page explains the cookies this site uses and your choices. We keep cookie use to a minimum.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary and functional. These make the site work and let you use its features. They’re set by Zoho Sites (which hosts the site) and, when you use them, by Zoho Forms, Zoho Bookings, and the ScoreApp assessment — for example, to maintain your session, keep the site secure, and remember your progress through a form or the assessment. The site can’t function properly without these.
Analytics and performance. We use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit, which pages are most helpful, and where visitors come from (including campaign links). It sets first-party cookies on your browser. We also use Zoho Analytics for our own internal reporting, which runs on data we already hold and doesn’t place cookies on your browser. Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies:
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Tells one visitor from another, so a repeat visit isn’t counted twice | 2 years |
_ga with our property ID appended | Keeps the pages you view in one visit together as a single session | 2 years |
We use this in aggregate to improve the site — not to identify you personally and not for advertising. We don’t run session recording, heatmaps, or form-input capture.
Third-party tools you interact with. The assessment (ScoreApp) and our forms and scheduling (Zoho Forms and Zoho Bookings) may set their own cookies when you use them, governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.
Fonts. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to share your IP address with Google, but Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies on our site.
What we don’t use
We don’t use advertising or targeting cookies, we don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t run social-media tracking pixels on this site.
