Free. Five minutes. One honest number: your Startup Readiness Score.

The same framework behind every LaunchMotive Sprint, condensed into a short assessment.

It's written for second-act founders, people building a first company after a full career in something else. The questions assume you've run things before.

What this is

This assessment isn't a lead magnet dressed up as a quiz. It's a condensed version of the Proof Path™, the same framework behind every Sprint, built to give you an honest read on where your business actually stands in about five minutes.

What it covers

Six sections, twelve questions total: your transition trigger, offer clarity, evidence quality, pipeline readiness, operating readiness, and founder commitment. Each answer maps to a specific box on the Proof Path™. Nothing here is a trick question, and nothing requires you to look anything up. Answer from memory, honestly.

What you get

A Startup Readiness Score, and a short PDF report that breaks the score down by section: what your strongest area is, what your biggest gap is, and what that specific gap usually means at your stage. This is the same category structure that shows up later if you work with LaunchMotive directly, so it's not a disposable result. It's a real diagnostic.

What happens next

What happens next depends on your score.

If your score lands in the earlier range

You'll get the report and a short educational follow-up, nothing more. There's no premature pitch.

If your score shows real traction

You'll be invited to apply for a Fit Review, a short application, not an open call, so the conversation that follows is actually useful for both sides.

Either way, the report is yours regardless of what you decide to do next.

Before you start
How long does this actually take?
About five minutes. Twelve questions across six sections, and nothing that asks you to look anything up. Answer from memory.
Do I need to have a business already?
No. Some people arrive with a registered company and paying customers. Others have an idea and a strong hunch. The questions work either way, and the score tells you which part is furthest along.
What happens to my answers?
You get the score and the report. Your answers are stored with your contact details so the report can reach you, and so the conversation makes sense if we ever have one. The privacy policy covers the rest in plain language.
Will I get a sales call?
No. There's no call unless you apply for one, and that invitation only appears if your score shows real traction. If it doesn't, you get the report and a short follow-up, and that's all.
Is this a real diagnostic, or a lead magnet?
It's the same category structure that shows up later if you work with LaunchMotive directly, so the result isn't disposable. It's a condensed version of the Proof Path™, not a quiz built to collect an email.
What if I score badly?
Then you've learned something for five minutes of work. A low score isn't a verdict on you. It usually means the evidence hasn't been gathered yet, which is fixable, and much cheaper to find out now than in a year.
Five minutes

Five minutes now is a better trade than another month of guessing which part of the business actually needs attention.
